Burned fields detection and classification

We have a request from Ukrainian government to calculate the damage for burned fields during the war on affected areas

Task description

Via computer vision and satellites images datasets, we need the neural network for damage segmentation of burned fields on Ukraine territory. We gather fire points from FIRMS NASA: https://firms.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/ during period of war on affected areas. Gathering the data from 1 day before and 1 day after fire on the field, then run detection, segmentation and classification algorithms to measure the area. Via NDVI maps we should identify the type of crop and multiply area of burned fields of crop coefficient and prise, to identify amount of $ loss. Visualise on the map with geo json and building the report for area of interest and date range.
